Our Normal Procedure Involves 5 Simple Steps:

Step 1: Receiving instructions and selecting appropriate expert to outsource such treatment

Step 2: A qualified physiotherapist will undertake a telephone triage with the patient in order to understand client needs and nature of injuries.

Step 3: An initial assessment (Called Fast Track Triage) is taken place with the physiotherapist who will assess injuries and recommend sessions and treatment plan.

Step 4: A cost estimate is sent to the solicitors and the insurers.

Step 5: Upon receiving payment the treatment commences and confirmation is sent to the instructing party.
